4.How long does it take to get a parcel since I have ordered items ? 

We ship Worldwide via  various shipping method.

Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Korea's Holiday is not the shipping day 

Most shipping duration as follows:

U.S.A.     -- 7~9 days 

Canada   -- 6~15 days 

Europe (U.K, Germany, France, EU countries,,,12~15 days) 

Australia, and New Zealand : 6~15  days 

 

Asia : 6~15 days 

 

5. what is return and exchange policy? 

You can ask return and refund if the product has a problem.
you can send me a message before opening a case or sending a package to us.
Please contact us if you have a problem with the product you have purchased from Veryshne. VeryShine  will try to do our best before it goes to Case.

In case of a return,
please return the product within 14 days after you have received the product
The return address will be sent to you as soon as the return request is received.
The buyer has to pay the shipping fee if it is not by seller's fault.
As soon as the product is returned here, Money will be refunded to your account.  Refund address will be mailed if you initiated refund process.

3. Click "ADD to Cart" 
4. Click $ Amount on your right top 
5. Click "Checkout" button or "Check out with Paypal" button. If you want to pay by credit card,  fill in the customer information for shipping
6. Click "Continue" after filling in the blank of name and shipping information 
7. Choose "Paypal' or 'Credit Card'  and Click "Place my order"
8. Monitor is redirecting to 2 checkout or paypal 
9. Review your cart, shipping and billing information
10. Choose "Credit/Debit card" or Paypal 
11. Fill out card information and click "submit my payment"
12. E-mail is sent to you after everything has been done.
13. We are preparing for shipping of your parcel.
